Freelance Friends is a (hopefully) weekly podcast created by Mark Dolby, a freelance photographer. The aim of the show is to share stories and expertise among the creative freelance community.
“The best way I have found to grow and develop my business has been through collaboration and ultimately friendship with other freelancers. Many of these are technically my competitors and yet by sharing knowledge we are all becoming more successful in business and life. I hope that creating this podcast will help me continue on this path and help others join”.
David Crighton is the show’s editor, casting a critical ear over each interview as well as sitting down to record conversations with some of the guests. David has previously worked at BBC and ILR stations, is a lecturer in Creative Media and is currently pursuing a PhD in education.
